MIMOSA DUCK  Orange and champagne marinated duck breast with mixed greens, mandarin oranges, red onions and carrots in a cilantro vinaigrette.  12

KOREAN BEEF AND NOODLE  Chilled Korean marinated beef served over vermicelli noodles with bell peppers and onions.  Tossed in sesame vinaigrette and finished with chiffonade lettuce.  12

ROASTED TOMATO AND BALSAMICv Roasted tomato, red onion, croutons, and romaine.  Tossed in a balsamic dressing.  8

SPINACH AND BACON SALAD  Spinach, red onion, cherry tomatoes, cucumber with a warm bacon balsamic vinaigrette.  Topped with crumbled bacon.  9

1/3 LB ANGUS COOKED TO ORDER ON A TOASTED KAISER ADD BACON $1.5. GLUTEN FREE BUN $1

If you love cow too much to eat them, replace the beef with a chicken breast or house made black bean patty. Add $1

 

THE PUB BURGER  A ½  lb. sirloin, bacon and mushroom burger.  Topped with cheddar cheese, bourbon glazed onions and Guinness stone ground mustard. This thing is huge and awesome!  13

HOWARD  Duck confit and Wisconsin sharp cheddar.  13

CARAMELIZED  Cremini mushrooms, Spanish onions and gruyere cheese.  11

KICKIN’  Blackened with Spanish onions, jalapeños and pepper jack cheese.  11

BLACK AND BLEU  Peppercorn crusted with cremini mushrooms and bleu cheese.  10

BARBEQUE BABY BACK RIBS  Half rack broasted pork ribs basted with Sweet Baby Ray’s Barbeque sauce served with garlic mashed potatoes.  13
